Co-Production and Community Engagement Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to design, implement and manage the DMH Group's Co-Production and Community Engagement strategy, ensuring that input from CYP, parents, policymakers, civil society organisations and other stakeholders informs research design, conduct, dissemination and future planning. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, being able to work with a wide range of people including researchers, academics, policymakers, support staff, students and funders.

The postholder will develop and maintain children's, parents, policy and research advisory bodies, facilitate engagement with diverse stakeholders, plan community engagement activities, facilitate co-production of research with communities, assist in analysing qualitative data, and evaluate the impact of this involvement. The role also contributes to DMH's external visibility through representation in collaborations, events and communications.
